Basic Invite Customized Cards and Marketing Materials
Basic Invite contacted me to do a paid partnership blog post and sent me credits to order business cards and try out their services. I will admit I’ve been using other cheap websites for my branding products and was hesitant to try something new – but I am so glad I did!
Just from the initial presentation of the Basic Invite website I was impressed. They offer everything from wedding websites, printable, stationary, invitations, business cards and more. The website is clean, crisp and easy to understand, not to mention the photography elements are beautiful.
Even as I have the website pulled up to write about it on this post, a Chat bot popped up to make sure I am getting the help I need or want with my customized products. The ways to customize their products are endless. Basic Invite is one of the few websites that allows customers almost unlimited color options with instant previews online. Once you select a design, you can change the color of each element on the card to over 180 different color options so you can make sure the card is exactly how you want it down to the smallest detail. This is one amazing way Basic Invite separates itself from the competitors!
The high quality card stock makes your designs look like a million bucks and they slide nice and easy into over 40 different color envelopes! Basic Invite is just as colorful with their envelopes as they are with their invitations. Customers can choose from over 40 different colors when it comes to their envelopes so that they can make their invitation stand out even before it is opened. All of the envelopes are peel and seal so the envelopes can be quickly and securely closed, because who wants to spend all day licking envelopes?
And if you are anything like me, you probably want to spice up your cards even more with some foil to truly make your designs POP! Foil cards are available in gold, silver, and rose gold. You can choose flat or raised foil on all of Basic Invite’s foil designs.
Still don’t believe me? You can order a sample right from their website. Basic Invite is one of the few websites that allows customers the ability to order a printed sample of their actual invitation so they can see exactly how it will print as well as the paper quality before they ever have to place their final order. I didn’t end up creating party planning materials with my voucher but I did want to get some cute Thank You cards to add to my Poshmark and Ebay packages. Business cards are perfect for throwing in a polymailer or taping to the inside of a large box.
I chose the Watercolor Wreath Business Card design and was able to completely customize both the front and the back for my needs. Right now they have 266 available designs you can turn into your own creative marketing card and as a unique offering they also have clear business cards! You have to see how cool these transparent business cards are and stand out from the others!
Basic Invite has very feminine and interesting designs which I haven’t seen before. When you go to the other websites they are either overwhelming to the point you can’t pick just one, not customized enough for your needs or are the same designs you find on every other site.
Finally, there is something magical about getting a holiday card. I love getting cards and letters in the mail to catch up on friends and family afar. Not to mention spreading cheer of my own by including the obligatory dog photos! But, if you are like me you probably have a million different addresses all over your devices and hand written in a little address book somewhere in your desk. I am excited to try the address capturing feature this year! Basic Invite offers an address capturing service that allows customers to simply share a link on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other form of social media to request their friends and family’s addresses. Those are then stored in your account and can then be selected during the design process. Basic Invite offers recipient address printing at no cost on all Christmas card orders.

Overall I am extremely happy with my Basic Invite business cards which I’m using as little Thank You notes for my packages. While my husband and I have been married for 11 years, I wish I could go back in time and create my wedding website and order my invitations here. I know I’ll certainly purchase my Holiday Cards this year on Basic Invite!
