$20,000 Earned – Tips for Poshmark Success!
$20,000 Earned on Poshmark – My Top 10 Tips for Poshmark Success!
It’s hard to believe after 2 years I finally hit the $20,000 mark on Poshmark!
I enjoy doing videos about my journey more than writing because I’m working on retraining my brain from being chronically ill for so long – it’s hard to adjust back to writing consistently. So, to see the full video – just click on the YouTube link below. I try to make my videos straight to the point so it isn’t too long but it does give some great insight on how I was able to earn $20,000 and ways you can get there too. One of the best things about reselling is the ability to pick it up when you want to and slow it down just as easily. I’ve decided to focus a lot of my time on my blog and developing relationships with health providers to become a patient advocate for others struggling with autoimmune diseases and chronic illness. Because I still struggle with my own health – my time is extremely valuable and I need to pick and choose how I spend it. (To learn more about my health struggles – check out my Bio Page)
I will continue to resell as I always have but now instead of spending 15-20 hours a week on my Boss Lady Resale side business, I will probably spend only 5 or so along with reducing the number of hours I spend sourcing items to sell.
Reselling Online, Strategically
If done consistently and strategically, reselling can be a fun avenue to make extra money each month without a ton of work and time put into it. As you get better and learn more about what sells, it becomes even easier and you will notice more profits with less amount of work. If you are getting started with reselling and building inventory – I can’t emphasize enough the importance of a sales and inventory system outside of Quickbooks or GoDaddy. My husband and I created a complete online course on data management and it includes how I use a barcoding inventory system (easy and cheap) to track all my items. You can find the Inventory & Sales Data for Resellers Course here.
Don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel as I’m working on creating more consistent content on my health journey, side hustles and more! And if you are wondering what I use for my reselling business, I break it down for you in my Reseller Toolkit – It’s filled with all my items from getting started, growing the business and more advanced products.
See you next time!
I just found your site by doing random searches to sell more & sell faster on Posh & other platforms. I haven’t read thru much of your site yet because I just found you but 1 thing that drew my attention to you is your struggles w/chronic illnesses. I too have several & am disabled w/a spinal chord injury that is degenerative, has gotten worse due to more injuries & several major reconstructive surgeries. I was once a very healthy competitive athlete in 2 arenas, successfully self employed in 2 arenas I can no longer do because of all my health & physical issues.
I am glad to have found your site as I know there are a lot of people who sell online due to being disabled but I’ve not yet found anyone w/a blog talking about how to become successful online, as a means of only income for some, due to their physical limitations.
I am looking forward to reading all your wisdom, watching your YouTube vids. I hope to find more ways to be able to earn a living from home. It’s hard because there are so many bad sites that cost ridiculous amounts of $$, w/ poor &/or scammy info.
Thank you for sharing your journey & help to people like yourself, like me & everyone in between who have no other ways to earn a living except from home. Finding genuine good people w/good & helpful info, that is either free or very low cost seems to be a rarity these days.
I look forward to getting to know you better!
Thank you so much!

Hi. I also have had many chronic health issues, in fact in 2008 I weghed 100 lbs and with my height being 5’8″, I was indeed in trouble. God has been giving me answers to many of the ailments. That being said, yes I’m on disability and selling on eBay. Sold 699 items and thankfully have still retained my 100% rating. I’m going to study the helpful info you have on both postmark and eBay and many thanks for sharing your learning experience… greg
